1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed through the website.

📦 Return Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only on select products. Product-specific return eligibility is mentioned on respective product pages.
2. The standard return window is 7 days from delivery (unless stated otherwise).
3. Return eligibility is subject to change without prior notice.
4. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our provided address.
5. Return/Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the case.

💰 Refund Policy

1. Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
2. Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
3. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

⚠️ Note for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for hygiene and quality reasons.
• Products must have original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.
• Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless received damaged or defective.
• Return/Exchange requests raised after the allowed return period will not be accepted.
